- 5 x 45-minute one-on-one Online Coaching Sessions- tailor-made recommendation material and analysis of your current Ayurvedic state of health (body, mind, soul) according to the Dosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) theory- post-session check-in a month after termination of sessions


Do you need some me-time and do you want to reconnect to your path and tune in with yourself? Carve out some time just for yourself and do some soul searching with me so that you can go back to your ever day full of inspirations, newly gaines energy and feminine wisdom. I am offering a beautiful Womens Health & Transformation Journey to women of all ages and backgrounds which will help them get back on track with what they really want in life and feel more happy and healthy.


In 3 one-on-one Online Coaching Sessions we will look at all the areas in your life that matter to you: career, love, family, finances etc. to see which ones you want to transform and set up an action plan. Ayurveda is an ancient medical and healing system and the Sister Science of Yoga. It is more of a life philosophy than anything else with nature being its teacher. It believes that every BODY is different and each of us has a very specific amount of the 5 elements of water, fire, earth, ether, and air in our mind-body-soul system which determines our talents and our challenges in this life. Knowing your Ayurvedic type (Dosha - Vata, Pita, Kapha) and your current imbalance of the elements can help you understand and accept yourself more and live a healthy and happy life. 


We will customize your diet (don't worry, nothing drastic!), your exercise plan, your social and professional life and look at your thoughts and emotions to rewire them into your desired direction. We will also integrate some feminine Yin Yoga as well as (if desired and where applicable) Yogini and Sacred Dance Wisdom to re-connect you to your innate women's wisdom.
